NIrvana Acupuncture & Medical Center will re-open May 11, 2020 on an appointment only schedule. Please be advised of the new protocols and policies that are in place.
We hope this communication finds you and your family in good health. Our world, nation and communities have been through a lot in the last two months and all of us are looking forward to returning to our familiar routines. While many things have changed, our commitment to your health & safety has not. We have missed our patients and look forward to seeing you as we get back up and operating in a safe and secure environment.
As we begin the 1st phases of resuming our normal schedule at Nirvana Acupuncture & Medical Center, there are several new protocols we have established and we want you to know that we will be following established safety guidelines and recommendations.
What changes can you expect at your appointment:
Curbside Check In:
When you arrive, please call our office at 813-513-2923 or text us at 813-279-9739, as doors will remain locked at all times. Please remain in your car until we instruct you to come to the door. Our reception room will be extremely limited and we ask when possible to limit the visit to the patient only. Our drink stations are not available at this time. Face masks Must be worn before entering the office.
We will be asking a series of questions before your appointment. We will also be taking temperatures with an infrared non touch thermometer for anyone who comes in our office , including our team members. Anyone with a temperature outside the normal ranges will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
We May Look Different:
We will be in some protective equipment to keep you, your family and our team safe. We may wear different masks, face shields, surgical gowns etc. for various or different procedures. We are still the same, dependable and understanding people under all of that.
We will practice social distancing within our office. We are asking that only the patient come into the office for their visit while family members or others remain in the car. These and other measures in our office will keep other patient interaction with you limited or non-existent.
If you are feeling ill or someone in your family is ill, we need you to Reschedule your appointment for a later date. Please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to give that appointment to another patient.

Please know that we have taken every precaution, increased our sterilization procedures and established these systems to provide you and our team with a safe, sterile, healthy and happy environment.
